Because we french folk are immense bureaucracy nerds, you might find our registration process quite heavy in terms of the administrative input required just to register.
You will be required to create an account on our website, and to provide pieces of information such as an address and contact information (sometime twice) that are for internal and billing purposes only.
The more open ended-questions are for out team to get to meet you in advance and see who is attending the seminar.

Meals
Each participant is responsible for their own meals.
There is a community kitchen in the Trinity Rooms where you can warm and wash your dishes, and it is possible to eat on the spot.
There also are several places 10-15 minutes away to go eat or order from, including vegan options.
Housing
Stroud has many hotels and vacation stays to offer. We are setting-up a self-organised Solidarity Housing system with local people who'd be willing to host participants against a small exchange or contribution.

Economic model
It is based on the 2 following fees :
1 - Registration Fees – 225£
They cover fixed seminar costs such as renting the room and travel expenses for our team.

2 - Conscious Contribution
this contribution is mandatory and its amount is defined consciously by each participant et the end of the seminar.

Financial Support
Solidarity Registration Fee : Our economic model includes bursaries that cover 2 fully paid Registration Fees. We will provide more at our discretion, based on applications, seminar capacity and our ability. Conscious Contribution is still due for the beneficiaries of the Solidarity Registration Fee.
Our intention is to support people who otherwise could not come. People who experience and/or have survived various forms of oppressions, that impact their capacity to pay the registration fees. If you identify as such, please click below.

Next steps
- After your registration and payment, you will receive an email with more detailed information about accommodation, transportation, and carpooling.
- 4 weeks before the seminar, we send a reminder email to all registered participants.
- Some time before the seminar, we will send you an email with extra logistical information and indications on what else you should bring.
